Have you made your Christmas Cake?

Don’t worry if you haven’t there is still time, you can make your cake up to three months before Christmas and keep feeding it brandy at regular intervals but if you are not that organised don’t stress you can make a beautiful Christmas cake closer to the day.

I have shared two of my favourite fruit cake recipes with you below, these are my go to recipes especially the Rich Dark Fruit Cake, my eldest daughter loves making this cake.
